organizational changes, long term obligations.
Then comes the valuation. We will tell you what we think the market will value your business at,
and we will work with you at setting a realistic asking price that will get offers.
Then our job in representing the business really begins as we prepare an Offering Memorandum,
explore marketing options including on-line listings, and pursue potential Buyers to closing.
In the end, as at the beginning, it is about you and your needs. You need to be satisfied with the quality of the Buyer,
and the terms and conditions that have been negotiated.
